1) Worked as Teacher, Lecturer and Principal of K E Boards Composite PU College and Vidyaranya PU College Dharwad from 1966-2006 total Service 40 years.
2) Retired as Principal K E Board’s P U College Malamaddi, Dharwad in 2006 April.
3)Presently working as the Principal, K E Board’s First Grade Arts and Commerce College, Savadatti Road, Shivaji Circle, Dharwad form 01-08-2006 to till this date. (16th year).

1) I was the Founder General Secretary Of Karnataka State PU College Employees Association from 1979 to 2006.
2) Started Model Question paper solving workshop to 2nd PUC Students since 1983. This workshop has become now a state side activity.
3) Conducted workshops to lecturer and principles every year till 2006.
4) Presently conducting workshops for Degree college students on English and Personality Development courses.
5) Worked as NSS Officer for 8years and conducted Annual Camps at Dhummawad and Prabhunagar Successfully.
6) Worked as a member of Grant-in-aid Committee appointed by the Director PUE Bangalore.
7) Worked as the member of Time frame Committee of PUE Bangalore.
8) Conducted State Level football Tournament at Dharwad.
9) President Malamaddi Sports Club Dharwad for the last 35 years.
10) Associated with ABVP from the beginning of my service from 1966 up till this day.
11) Worked as Executive committee of K E Board for 3terms.
12) Worked as a member of KU Dharwad Examination improvement committee.
13) Working as NSS Advisory committee of KUD since 2006.
14) Conducted K U English forum’s meeting for New Text Books.
15) Conducted 46th State Level Folklore Festival of KU Dharwad for 3days.
16) Conducted special training for Boys North Karnataka Joining Army for five days in collaboration with “YUVA BRIGADE” Dharwad.
17) Conducted 3days workshop for Primary School Teachers of Dharwad on “Teaching of English”.
